The problem today
The administration only visits occasionally. Maintenance and staff issues are not managed day to day.
The result we expect
A managing-level member of the administration (not necessarily the administrator personally, not a junior employee) is present on the premises until owners agree that maintenance and staff issues have reached an agreed milestone.
