Parking: loose tiles and surface

The problem today
Tiles have been loose for a long time and the general surface is deteriorated. The administration reports that re-fixing the stones does not hold, and is now evaluating a new finish for the whole parking area (for example microcement).
The result we expect
Loose tiles reset now. A durable, easy-to-maintain surface across the whole parking area, with design, material and cost options presented to owners before the work starts.
