The problem today
Tiles have been loose for a long time and the general surface is deteriorated. The administration reports that re-fixing the stones does not hold, and is now evaluating a new finish for the whole parking area (for example microcement).
The result we expect
Loose tiles reset now. A durable, easy-to-maintain surface across the whole parking area, with design, material and cost options presented to owners before the work starts.

The parking is the first impression one gets upon arriving at the condominium, and this impression directly affects property values. Apart from the surface of the parking area itself, the appearance of the maintenance shed must be improved, where rusted beams can be seen; I am attaching a render of how it could be done as an example
