Complete the roof waterproofing

The problem today
Several roof areas are still not waterproofed and leaks keep appearing in apartments. The administration reports that a payment has been advanced and expects the contractor to start in the coming weeks.
The result we expect
All roofs waterproofed and the project closed with a date. Air-conditioning units mounted on wall brackets so the membrane is never punctured.
